At the Table: Top 10 Two Player Games
There’s a special kind of board game that can be played with just two players. Some games offer it out of the box, and some others are designed with two in mind. This week, we’re going to look at 10 of the best two player games currently on the market and which ones you should be getting to your table and adding to your collection.
This is not a comprehensive list but will give you a good starting point for two player experiences that really draw in both players, stay within a realistic play time, and can be scaled for different types of pairings.
Feature Review: Bruges
For some time now, Stefan Feld has been dropping game after game on the hobby and the reviews have been generally strong. This is a man who loves designing board games. So when we heard about his newest game, Bruges, we were excited to see how it played.
Join us as we discuss our first play throughs of Bruges, including how it stacks up to other recent games of a similar style and theme – and the kinds of elements that certain members of the group aren’t big fans of.
