Episode 76 – Listener Feedback, The Return!

On this week’s episode, Anthony, Chris, and Drew sit down to discuss even more questions that made their way in from listeners. We have a bunch of awesome questions, including some that came in at the wire for our big Episode 74 special. Listen to find out if your question made it and whether the guys are eager to design their own game or not.

We also talk about a recent game night at Anthony’s house and some play throughs of games we’ve been eager to get to the table for a LONG time.

Acquisition Disorder Corner

This week, Anthony and Chris are eager to snag a couple of new games that are just now available, and Drew has a surprise for Anthony when he mentions his acquisition disorder, Sylvion. Find out which games we’re likely to be picking up in the not so distant future and whether they are worth checking out yourself.

At the Table

Anthony and Chris got a bunch of great games to the table with Dave this last weekend to celebrate Anthony’s birthday. The first on that list has been orbiting the guys for over a year and just now finally made the table – that’s Tzolk’in The Mayan Calendar.

Next up Chris talks about another game that we’ve only been able to get a few short halfplays in of until now. Fortunately Dave finally got this one to our table and we were able to play it in full – Stefan Feld’s The Castles of Burgundy. Find out which is worth a play, which is a must buy and whether any game left us wanting more.

Feature: Listener Feedback, The Return!

After our first listener feedback episode we had more than a dozen more questions in the queue awaiting our response. So instead of letting them go to waste, we pulled them out for a sequel.

The guys answer a bunch of awesome questions, read some listener feedback and comments, and share the kinds of stories that make this hobby so much fun.
