Let’s face it, 2020 was a dud. There were some decent games, sure, but the year itself? Not so good. And most of us were trapped inside, unable to play the vast majority of the best new stuff released last year (I’m looking at you Twilight Imperium IV: Prophecy of Kings). Board Gamers Anonymous Awards 2020 – Winners
It’s the end of 2020. A collective sigh of relief is rippling across the world, but a year can’t be fully complete until we look back at the best parts of it. For board games, the list is surprisingly strong. Despite limitations on how many games we could play in 2020, we had a challenge whittling them down to just 32.
