BGA Joins the Dice Tower NetworkWhen we launched Board Gamers Anonymous last summer, it was to have fun talking about tabletop games with friends. But in the back of our minds there were other goals – things we thought would be really, really cool if they ever happened.

Joining the Dice Tower Network was one of those things.

The Dice Tower itself is one of the most prolific podcasts around with more than 350 episodes and hundreds of reviews released annually, and Tom Vasel’s extended network gives a platform for nearly a dozen other podcasts, video series, and websites, all talking about this awesome hobby of ours.

So it’s exciting for me to announce that we’ve been added to that network and that you can now find our logo on the same page as podcasts like the Dice Tower, Secret Cabal, On Board Games, and Ludology.

What does this mean for the podcast? In the very near future, not a whole lot. You’ll still hear the BGA crew every two weeks discussing hot new games, recent plays, and our never-ending list of acquisition disorder triggers and kickstarter fears. But there will be changes.

For a while we’ve been working on a plan to add more content to the website in the form of articles, reviews, top ten lists, and audio clips. Keep your eyes peeled and in the next few weeks you’re going to see that and much more.

In addition to the podcast, which you can hear every other Sunday on iTunes or right here on the website, you’ll find our articles on the site, updates on Twitter and Facebook, and an increasing number of polls, contests, and posts in our guild on Board Game Geek.

Most importantly, though, we’ll strive to be an active part of this community, living up to our fellow podcasters in the Dice Tower Network and uncovering gems in the world of tabletop gaming. Thank you for listening and here’s to months and years to come of insane fun at the table together.
