Anthony and Chris get together and discuss a brand new feature – BGA Court. This week they look at the line between common gaming activities and cheating in gaming. From learning extra strategies to “forgetting” to tell someone an important rule about a game, they look for where that line is and how to ensure you’re always playing fair. Plus they talk about Paperback and Sutakku, and coin a new measure of awesomeness – Suburbia.

    Shout it From the Tabletop

Anthony and Chris discuss a handful of interesting stories and some upcoming events in the hobby. Learn where things stand this time of year with conventions yet to arrive and how the pair plan on spending their gaming time moving forward.

    Acquisition Disorder Corner

What games are on Anthony and Chris’s to buy list now? Find out what they are eager to learn more about and pick up in the coming weeks in this week’s Acquisition Disorder Corner

    At the Table

The guys talk about two games they were able to get to the table lately. Anthony discusses Sutakku, a clever dice stacking press your luck game from Smirk and Dagger. Chris discusses the hot, under appreciated new game from Tim Fowers, Paperback, one of the best self-published games of the last year.

    BGA Court: Gaming vs. Cheating

Gaming is a social hobby and that means there are a number of important rules to follow and social norms to observe. In this week’s feature, Anthony and Chris delve into what those social norms dictate and how seemingly innocuous activities can quickly cross the line from gaming to cheating. Listen and learn which of these things you agree with, which you have experienced yourself, and then sound off in the comments with where you think the link should be.
